Shipping to Canada:
Standard shipping in Canada is free for orders over $50 USD (pre tax). Items are shipped from our warehouse in Burlington, ON within 2-4 business days from time of purchase. Shipping speed will vary based on shipping method selected and range from 1-9 business days, which can be selected during the checkout process.
Shipping to Contiguous United States:
Shipping to the contiguous United States is free* for orders over $50 USD with a $10 flat rate shipping charge for all other orders. Items are shipped from our warehouse in Buffalo, NY within 2-4 business days.
*Free shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping fees for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates and APO/FPO addresses will be calculated at checkout.
International Orders:
Knightsbridge Shaving products ship internationally from Canada. Prices and shipping speed vary based on your location, and can be selected during your checkout process. Customer is responsible for any taxes and duty that may be due upon arrival of your item.
Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns on any opened shaving cream, pre-shave oil, shaving brushes or Klhip products. If your product arrives and is not the correct item, please contact us with 7 days of your order arriving for an exchange.
While our shipping partners do their best and damages are rare, occasionally there may be damage to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing. If your product is damaged, please take a picture and send it to website@knightsbridgeshaving.com within 7 days of your order arriving.
